Customerl Reviews
An excellent introduction to the subject!, May 18, 2000
Reviewer: Paul Sheldrick from Teesside
A very well balanced and up-to-date account of Investors in People (IIP) and how it links to the European Excellence Model. An overview of the subject that wets the appetite, supported by the right balance of detail for follow-up. First class value. If you only buy one book on IIP, make it this one! (By the way, who is Ruth Spelman?)
