Synopsis Looking for a way to make your business stand out from the crowd? In a world where, increasingly, profit is king, Customer is King is about putting the emphasis back on the customer. Through key questions, case studies, checklists, worksheets and frequently asked questions. Robert Craven shows you how to look at your business through your customers' eyes, understand what they really want and, ultimately, get them to buy from you. A practical, hands-on, thought-provoking book for anyone running or growing a business, or for professional marketers who have found that their methods don't work any more.
From the Publisher One of the more successful titles in the Virgin Business Guides is Robert Craven?s first title, KICK-START YOUR BUSINESS. He has a hands-on, practical approach to making businesses succeed and in this latest book shows a passionate concern for that least-understood area of the businessman?s armoury ? marketing, and its role in the relationship between businessman and customer. Robert?s advice and examples show the reader how to initiate their own ways of improving their relationships with their customers ? without having to undertake vastly expensive marketing drives. Of KICK-START, the Independent newspaper said: ?This is the book for you ... inspirational Stuff.?
Express Magazine A series of helpful and informative guides aimed at assessing and assisting the small and medium sized business.

Like his previous Virgin work, Craven has produced an excellent common-sense guide. Many people prattle on about customer-focus but this book actually has a lot of thought provoking material and can be practically used. Buy it!
